Clients may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If services agreed upon in the contract were not delivered as specified.
  • Dissatisfaction with Service Quality: If the client believes the services provided did not meet the agreed-upon standards or scope of work, they must notify us within 14 days of receiving the service.

To initiate a refund request, clients should follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Written Request: Send an email to info@nierma.com detailing the reason for the refund request and any supporting documentation.
  2. Response Time: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days and provide an estimated timeline for resolution.
  3. Review Process: Our team will review the request and may reach out for additional information.

4. Refund Approval

Refunds will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Confirmation of service non-delivery or quality issues.
  • Review of relevant documentation and communication.

5. Refund Amount

If a refund is approved, the amount will be based on the scope of work completed, with deductions for any services rendered to date.

6. Payment Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

7. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind or client withdrawal after the service has commenced.
  • Services provided that meet the contractual agreement, regardless of satisfaction level.
